Sustainable Use of Cruciferous Wastes in Nanotechnological Applications

Over the last few years, new nanoparticle preparation methods have emerged by replacing usual reagents with plant extracts obtained in different conditions. An example of a natural extract is those cruciferous vegetables, to obtain bio-nano-coatings. Given composition and large amounts wastes produced all over world, they can be successful substitutes replace conventional coatings extend possibility “smart coatings“. The present review aims critical discussion regarding application waste nanotechnological applications. This paper starting report for researchers who intend use this sustainable approach “from green nanotechnology” transpose manufacturing from laboratory industry. Applying nanostructures highlights importance minimizing re-utilizing residues primary secondary processing via chemical social intervention, order contribute sustainability needs planet its inhabitants.
